Drop-off FAQs

The Recovery Circular Hub provides a drop off service which enables users to participate in the circular economy and helps Recovery in our mission to employ people and sell tonnes of quality re-usables back into the local market. 😎
➡ When Can I drop off ?
Every day except Tuesday closed for trading. 😉
➡ Where do I drop off?
The Recovery Circular Hub has three drop off points:
- Point 1: Households goods, garden, sports & hardware (top)
- Point 2: Electrical (bottom)
- Point 3: Building materials, industrial & commercial objects (bottom)
➡ What do we accept?
Please check our department tab, we have thirty-seven departments of sale from all types of household goods, furniture, gardening, hardware to building materials and electronics.
➡ Stuff we can’t accept
Baby car capsules, life jackets, safety helmets and harnesses, firearms and explosives, products labelled as pesticide or herbicide, food and beverages, gas bottles, anything above a 4-person lift, x-ray equipment, mattresses & most sofas, printers, asbestos products 😐
➡ Does condition matter?
Yes, it does. As a rule, we can’t accept or sell broken, non-fixable, torn, ripped, hole ridden, rotting and rotten, poor condition, water damaged, cracked, stained or extra dirty items 😥

➡ How do I drop off?
You must speak to a crew member first before unloading the drop off. A crew member will let you know what we can and cannot accept and tell you where to place items and help unload.

💡 Helpful Tip 1:
Keeping stuff together, and sorting it into our departments of sale prior to dropping off makes the unloading process much more efficient for both parties

💡 Helpful Tip 3:
You might have to wait a few minutes for a crew member to help as they will probably be involved in other work at the time of your arrival, please a patient as good work and saving the earth always takes time!

The less you throw away the less you pay at the landfill, so you can save money by using the Recovery Circular Hub free to you drop off service.
