Brad is Recovery’s Managing Director, Churchill fellow, UTAS Circular economic champion and UN 2030 Agenda leader, waste auditor, trainer & accreditor: complimented by a background in industrial design, architecture, and engineering
Brad created the Tipshop concept with Rena Dare and has established several other facilities across Australia over the last 30 years.
Brad works strategically and across the company and business, representing waste reform initiatives, developing new commercial opportunities, and occasionally working on the tools ensuring consistent application of the Recovery Circular Hub strategic and business goals. Brad always knows what is in the waste stream.
Financial Director

Rena is Recovery’s financial director, manual and systems designer author and education officer. Rena has a wealth of experience as a triple bottom line company director and circular economic expert.
Rena authored, leads and delivers our circular economic master-class lecture series driving strategic planning to implement circular economic reform in Australia. Rena monitors business performance and compliance with the company’s operating standards.
Rena is a founder of the Tip Shop concept and has overseen the startup Glenorchy, Hobart and Mornington Tip Shops; and is a general business manager. Rena manages and grows our Arts based education trail at the Recovery Circular Hub.
