Product Acceptance Policy – What We Can and Cannot Accept

 

 

At The Glenorchy Tip Shop, we love re-use and follow a product acceptance policy. We are not just a typical op-shop or small tip shop—we are a Recovery Circular Hub, combining a second-hand department store with a hardware store, specializing in reusable materials.

 

 

We accept a wide range of items, including household, construction, demolition, industrial, and commercial materials. However, we can only take products that are in good condition and have a resale market.

 

 

If an item is damaged or unsellable, we won’t be able to accept it. We reserve the right to decline any materials that do not meet our policy
